The Coliseum
A colossal variety of entertainment!
Built in 1937, this unique and striking building nestles in a residential street in Aberdare. The auditorium is especially distinctive, featuring acoustic nodules and intriguing wall friezes. Its programme of events include drama, ballet, opera, comedy, light entertainment, music, children’s events, educational events, and productions by local community groups and schools.
